This wee cat has been around for the last couple of days. It doesn’t look like a stray but is a bit frightened. Came up to eat some food.

Hi can everyone please keep an eye out for our boy Athens (near Hawkins Rd).
He took off with the hail today. He has never been outside at night before, will be terrified. Very long and lean and quite shy with strangers.

Some weeks ago a grey cat turned up at Colin’s house at the top of Martin Access Road and made itself at home! If this is your cat, or you know who’s cat it is, please call Colin on 021 112 4384. Colin has taken quite a shine to it, and the cat to him, so if the cat’s owner cannot be found he is quite happy to adopt it.

We gained a cat last night and it may be yours…
A dark grey cat with white chest, paws and whiskers just appeared on our doorstep howling. Doesn’t look old and seems healthy, friendly and very keen to get inside given how cold it was last night.
We are on Ahuroa Road at the end of the tarseal on the Puhoi side.

Our 3 year old black cat has gone missing for approx 8 days in the J Tolhopf Rd area. She was wearing a blue collar with glass-type beads stuck on it. She is a short haired, pure black cat and very friendly.
