Just letting people know that a male dressed in a black hoody and dark clothes wearing dark glasses and his face covered with a scarf was seen walking along West Coast Road this morning heading toward Warkworth about 2 km from the State Highway 16 end.
It was felt he looked suspicious but this maybe be the case but we thought everyone should know and be alert.

Our neighbour has picked up a small fluffy grey and white dog with a collar indicating a Northshore registration .
It has been walking up and down Komokoriki Hill road this afternoon .

Hi all,
Yesterday, I was surprised as my mobile rang in Ahuroa valley. I am on 2 degrees which has a shared deal with Vodafone. The signal was strong; almost maximum bars so expect the new cell tower is now operational. During the installation I have been in touch with Caitlin Metz of Vodafone, Rural Broadband Initiative (RBI) who have the government contract to rollout rural cell towers. Caitlin said that all service providers can install their equipment on the tower since it is RBI funded and that both Vodafone and Spark had applied.
I suspect Spark will be up and going very shortly if not already.

Good morning,
I wondered if anyone in your networks would be interested in this pull out sofa bed. I am sorry to say that the fabric is very stained now with drinks spills over the years. It is still very sturdy and the mattress on the bed is unstained and still in good condition, along with the base. I have recently purchased a fabric sofa cover which I will include with the sofa.
