Stolen Gate, Released Stock.
Hi there
We just need to report further stolen property.
Our roadside gate was stolen from 900 Ahuroa Road Saturday It was an old gate that wouldn’t have any resale value. There were stock in the paddock which escaped onto the road. They have been found thankfully.
The gate is nowhere to be seen but there are signs showing it has been dragged along the road.
What a pointless act of vandalism!
We have contacted the police but in the meantime, if anyone heard or saw anything please let Toni and Jacques know 09 422 5116.
Further goods recovered by Police.
More good news: the stolen gates which were reported in the past two weeks were also located by police in their recently recovered items. – Well done to the Police! Thank you.
A good end to a rotten situation!
Just a general reminder please for us all to remain vigilant and alert. Do look for things which appear odd or out of place, take an interest, slow down and have a good hard look. Make some notes if you can too, number plates, descriptions etc. All details are useful to the Police when they need to act on our behalf.
