Enjoy the ambiance of the quirky and cosy Puhoi Village Market on Sunday 29 July, 9am – 1pm.

As well as our usual interesting stalls we have a few new treats.

Sam ‘The Barter Barber’ and his canine co-pilot Bobo are travelling NZ in a bid to help raise awareness and challenge current perceptions about men’s health. He will be cutting hair at the Market, joined with a small crew that will be filming his work as part of a documentary.

Our musician this month is Puhoi singer songwriter, Natalie Northover Winter who will entertain with a mix of old and new songs. We will also be joined by buskers Five ‘n’ Dime performing in their own fun and relaxed style.

A few new stall holders this month. Sinead will be selling delicious vegan cakes which are gluten and refined sugar free, Charlie selling warm merino clothes for both kids and adults, Barbara a felting expert with a table full of hand-made treasures and Brianna fund-raising for SPCA.

A car boot sale is on with a few locals offering their wares. Still some spaces available. Email [email protected] or phone 0274 270 440 to book a spot.

So on Sunday morning, grab a coffee and something delicious to eat, listen to live music, catch up with friends and treat yourself to some of the local crafts and produce on offer. Kids’ corner this month will be making night sky pictures.

Tickets are available at the Community Table for the Puhoi Village Market Fundraiser on Saturday, 4 August, with beautiful music by In2Strings. We are fundraising to buy a gazebo for the Kids activities.

Please support your local market.
