Receptionist/Office Administrator role

We have an opportunity for a vibrant and enthusiastic Receptionist/Office Administrator, located at our Albany office in Auckland.

AMS’s vision is to be the supplier of choice in the complex payroll market. We offer an integrated Roster-to-Pay solution supporting some of New Zealand’s most complex business environments. This is primarily delivered as an “on premise” solution, but we also deliver outsource services to a number of smaller scale customers.

An overview of what the role entails:
· Answering phones & greeting visitors
· Scanning & archiving records
· Data entry, invoicing & support with month end
· Travel co-ordination
· Ordering and management of office consumables
· Looking after all mail requirements
· General administration support to the wider team

Key to your success in this role will be:
· Your ability to multi task and prioritise your workload
· Have exceptional people skills and a friendly demeanour
· Strong communication skills both written and oral
· Have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
· Good organisational skills and initiative
· A team player with a can do attitude where nothing is a problem!

Skills & Experience:
· Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· The ability to pick up new systems and processes
· MoneyWorks experience a bonus (not essential)

We would require:
· Restricted drivers licence or above
· Access to a car
· A New Zealand resident or have the appropriate NZ work visa
· Contact details for a referee
· Criminal conviction information

Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1/2 hour for lunch Monday to Friday

STOLEN CARAVAN ENQUIRIES – FURTHER INFO SOUGHT RE TOWING VEHICLE

Thanks to the observant residents in the Ahuroa area and a traffic camera, Police now have photos of the vehicle towing the stolen caravan.

Please view the 3 attached photos. It’s believed to be a dark blue or black Toyota Hilux Surf mid 90’s and has distinctive large spot lights fitted to a large nudge bar / bulbar on the front.

Police notice – Stolen Caravan

STOLEN CARAVAN

Information required about a stolen caravan.

Initial details and photos are as per the article in the Tuesday 16th August Rodney Times or view the attachments if you don’t have the paper.

Further details are that this caravan was towed along Ahuroa Road (west bound) then briefly parked at the end of Ahuroa Valley Road last Friday 12th August at 4.30pm.
